I am writing to give Myriam Lentz my highest recommendation. Myriam possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent real estate agent. She knows her market extremely well, she is diligent, enthusiastic, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. Myriam is both very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job. She will solve any problem you may encounter with your transaction. Call her to list your house, you will be glad you did! It would be hard to envision someone doing a better job than Myriam or being anything but happy in choosing to work with her.

Myriam was a real pleasure to work with. We were searching for a specific type of home on Pine Island. She quickly set up the email notifications so we were able to view listings as soon as they were posted. When we found listings we wanted to see, she would promptly set up the appointments and always went out of her way to work around our work schedules. She always went above and beyond to make sure we were in the loop as far as the closing process goes once we found the home we wanted. The entire process went very smoothly. Should we ever decide to make a purchase again, Myriam will be the first person we call!
