Myrna Downing has been a widely respected member of the Central Kentucky real estate industry since 1983. After more than 500 successful transactions, placing her clients’ interests ahead of her own, providing attentive one-on-one service and knowing the contracts and procedures extremely well, she has an established reputation in Lexington.
Myrna’s real estate career includes considerable experience in selling residential property, commercial property and investments.
Myrna has been active in the real estate community throughout her career. She has served on the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors board as a director, President of the Million Dollar Club, Principal Broker/Owner of Downing Street Realty, Inc and also of Keller Williams Bluegrass Realty. Having retired from teaching special needs students in 2000, real estate is a full time passion.
Myrna attended the University of Kentucky, obtaining both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Education. She enjoys traveling with her husband and friends to beach locations around the world, and spending time with her 1st granddaughter, Emerson, who was born in August, 2016.
