We were preparing to sell our first home. We had interviewed a few realtors since we had a poor experience purchasing our home and were not going to again use the same person. We met with a few and didn’t really get good vibes. Then, then we had a friend Mention how wonderful their realtor Myrna was, so we of coarse asked for her info. We called Myrna and she got back to us and set up a meeting for that same week. She is incredibly professional but friendly, thorough and well rounded. Whenever we had a question she answered it, we were never in the dark about anything, she kept us updated every step of the way, even with a few small hurdles she kept us at ease and made the process seamless. She truly cares and works for her clients best interest, we will recommend her to friends purchasing or selling in the future. We are so grateful for everything she did, with cleaning and staging, not to mention she got us 20k over asking with a 21 escrow, we sold for the highest in our complex. If you’re looking for an honest down to earth realtor she’s the one for you!!

Myrna is 1000000/10. No seriously, she’s amazing. She helped me through my home buying experience while I was deployed(Middle East). Talked to me at absurd times to make sure we had solid communication. 2 years later (today) she just sold the same condo for me at ASKING price in 7 days. I always joke saying she’s my second mom, but it’s true. She treats her clients like family. I have literally referred her to all of my friends and every single one of them said she blew their expectations out of the water. She brings her own investment experience, along with a lot of research and knows how to work a deal. Right after we put our house up for sale the pandemic hit and it didn’t stop Myrna from marketing, presenting and selling our house fast. When we hit a few snags with our home sale and with the home we were buying, that had nothing to do with Myrna’s responsibility, she still jumped right into things to make sure we continued moving forward. Without having Myrna as our agent we would not have got through the sale of our home or the purchase of our new home. Ms. Myrna is the best real state agent out there. I was referred to Myrna through a friend after I told him I wasn't happy with my current realtor. I am sooo glad I did! I really had to lean on her throughout the process as I work 12-14 hour days and was gone many weekends training. Myrna was there throughout it all and she made sure that I was taken care of from day 1. Myrna is the sweetest person I have ever met. I also (affectionately) refer to her a "bulldog" which is my favorite thing about her. She boldly represented me in my absence on several occasions with several different parties. She firmly stood her ground, respectfully negotiated, and got others to see things "her way". She is very involved, attentive, receptive, compassionate.... Myrna first sold my home for more than I thought it was worth. Not only did she show me data that convinced me to list it higher than what I expected, but she got an offer over asking price. Her task then became finding a new home that would fit my growing family. Myrna found a listing that had been on the market for several months and I had already skipped past a dozen times on the various real estate websites. She saw beyond the clutter and bad pictures and convinced me to see it in person. She then negotiated an accepted offer well below the listing price.
