Drawing on decades of practiced experience in Commercial Real Estate, project management and buyer representation, Mr. Shaikh excels as Broker Associate and Director of Commercial Real Estate with Century 21 Carioti. Additionally, he serves as CEO of Premier Southeast Investments LLC. In this capacity Mr. Shaikh assists clients in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate acquisition, development, construction, leasing and sale.

Worldwide Corporation, as Area Manager Marketing for The Khaleej Times in Dubai, UAE, and as Credit Officer with Lloyds Banking Group PLC, London and Oxford, UK.
To remain aware of developments in the real estate industry, Mr. Shaikh has retained his professional alignment with the National Association of Realtors and the Orlando Regional Realtors Association.
An expert in his field, Mr. Shaikh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, in
Management and Marketing from The American College London. Following this he obtained his professional qualification of Associate of Institute of Bankers, UK.
Upon moving to USA, Mr. Shaikh started his career as a Commercial and Fine Homes and Estates Realtor, he became a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified International Property Specialist through the CIPS Institute at National Association of Realtors. Mr. Shaikh is also designated by Century21 as an Advanced Commercial Advisor (ACA). He received the Grand Centurion Award in 2005, the highest Century 21 Corporate Sales Award, he has also received several other top Corporate Awards and recognitions over the years including Centurion Awards.
Presently practices Leasing, Single and Multi Anchor Tenant Retail, Industrial and Hospitality based in Orlando, covering all of Central Florida.
