From our initial introduction and setting up our first call, Nader’s professionalism and dedication were immediately apparent. He was highly accommodating in scheduling tours, working with our out-of-town schedule and even one time offering flexibility on a busy Tuesday and making himself available on a Wednesday for viewings.

His strategic guidance proved invaluable during the negotiation process. When we were preparing our offer, Nader provided crucial market insight, advising us on the need for minimal contingencies and a strong offer to secure the house.

Nader’s proactive approach to managing the process post-contract was exceptional:
Handling Contingencies: He took the initiative to ensure all pre-closing issues were resolved, including successfully taking care of the HOA violation and arranging for a Wood Destroying Insects (WDI) inspection which came back clean.
Coordination: He seamlessly coordinated with all third parties, including our relocation team and the title company. He actively followed up with the title company to ensure we received the wiring instructions for the earnest money deposit promptly, and efficiently managed the flow of documentation, including sending the final ratified contract.

Even after closing, Nader continued to provide great service, helping us draft and send a revised request to the title company regarding the seller's security deposit to cover post-closing items. He even assisted us in finding a reliable company to address all the post-closing repair items.

Nader is a wonderful realtor! His pitch was very detailed and he provided renders of what our home would look like when posted. He gave us a timeline and was there to remind us on tasks that needed to be done. We had to do a few repairs and Nader provided us with the right people to quickly address the issues. We were out of town during the open house and Nader took care of everything, he informed us throughout the process. By the time we got back home we had three offers above asking! Nader paid very close attention to details and ensured that the buyer was going to receive a house in the best possible condition. Nader doesn’t just put you on a email list when you automatically get any house that jumps into the market.
