We could not have asked for a better experience! Nadia was so thorough and knowledgeable of the area, that we were able to decide on a home within hours. What really stuck out though was the constant communication afterwards while we built our home. She answered all of our many questions but most importantly went above and beyond on our behalf with our builders and community to make this as easy of a transition as possible.

Buying a house can be very stressful, specially when you think you will buy remotely. We are so thankful we met Nadia. From the beginning, Nadia was very resourceful. She went out of her way and traveled out of town to show us properties we were interested in. In the end, we decided to come to Florida to continue our search. Nadia was honest, helpful, knowledgeable and very accommodating. She offered us good advice. She was supportive every step of the way. She was timely in getting our questions answered and we were able to close on our beautiful new house in a very reasonable time frame and very efficiently. When my family and I were relocating from Chicago to Florida in November of 2020 we chose Nadia to assist us in finding our dream home. She worked tirelessly with us to find a home that would cover all of our needs and wants and she did it all with an incredibly positive attitude while giving us space to make our decision without feeling pressured. We were traveling back and forth, visiting houses both in person and through video calls and she did an outstanding job with both. That alone would have been a 5 star review but Nadia was also dealing with a heated market that had no inventory, plus a really tight deadline on our end and along with the mortgage broker that she recommended SHE MADE IT HAPPEN! We went from making an offer to closing date in just over 30 days.
I highly recommend Nadia as an agent and have no doubt that she’s an incredibly qualified professional to thrive in today’s real estate market.
