About Nadia

Nadia Holliday, known to her friends as, “The Beyoncé of Real Estate” has been a Realtor® for over a decade. She first launched her real estate career in New York in 2013. She relocated to Louisville, KY from Brooklyn, NY in the Summer of 2021 and was subsequently licensed in Kentucky as a Realtor® in 2022.

Nadia has successfully represented clients as both a Listing and Buyer’s Agent, working with individuals from diverse communities and backgrounds around the world. She holds the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation and is also RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certified. As a member of NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers), she is a REALTIST®, and she is also an Affiliate Member of the Building Industry Association of Louisville.

While her specialty is executive and new construction luxury homes, Nadia has a true passion for helping first-time homebuyers. As the saying goes, “your network determines your net worth,” and Nadia is dedicated to enriching the lives of everyone she meets in every way she can.

Nadia attended Long Island University, in Brooklyn, NY where she majored in Finance. After obtaining her NASD/FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses, she worked as a Financial Advisor for 10 years on Wall Street, working at several Fortune 500 Companies. In her “spare time” she also wrote, produced, and directed her own off-Broadway productions and could be heard from time to time on nationally syndicated and satellite radio.

The principles of integrity, transparency, efficiency, and authenticity guide how Nadia operates her business, and it would be difficult to maintain, if she prioritized making money more than anything else. Although achieving success in real estate in a new city is important to Nadia, she promises to always uphold these principles and prioritize the interests of her clients above all else.
