Nadia has helped us buy/sell 3 homes now. The last one in the dead of winter and she delivered, like always! What we love about her is that there is no pressure, she encourages us to take our time with each home and each offer. Advicing us along the way when our offer was declined and we were losing hope. Long story short, we got the house of our dreams and we are very happy. We highly recommend her services and we’ll be going back to her in out next real state adventure.

Very happy with my new place. We wouldn’t make it without Nadia! She found my house, told me was a very good deal. Ended up it was a great deal, great place, and my home now. She is such a professional and hard working lady and followed us thru the process making it look very easy. We all know its a long process but she helped through it all. Even with the bank part! She was very quick to answer my calls and respond my texts. I would recommend her 100%!!!

I really wish there was a way I could add more starts to show our gratitude for all of Nadia’s help and guidance. My wife and I found our new home and sold our old home all in the span of a week and were moved into our new home in a month. We couldn’t have imagined a realtor making this intimidating process as stress free as Nadia was able to. Her attention to detail is comparable to none. As working parents of 3, our schedules were all over the place. As these things were happening, Nadia literally worked day and night, preparing documents, speaking to buyers and negotiating offers on our home while helping us beat out 5 other offers on our dream home. I can not emphasize enough how much time Nadia put into these transaction and the amount of times she made herself available at all times of the day and night to answer any questions we may have had and put our mind at ease. From escalation clauses, to getting the best interest rate, to lowering the fees for closing, to seller credits for repairs needed on purchasing and selling the homes and helping with a moving truck, Nadia had the answer to everything. We are so greatful for all of Nadia’s help and have so much confidence in her that not only would we love to work with her again in our future purchases, we have and will continue to comfortably recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Nádia provide me and my husband with excellent realtor services. She was highly professional and patient. She made sure that she looked for houses according to our preferences. For us it was very important to have a realtor that could work according to our schedules and that wasn't pushing us towards houses out of our budget and taste.
Besides her great customer service and professionalism, Nádia Cadar also was very supportive and patient to us when we lost a bid in a house that we had liked a lot. I highly recommend her services and definitely would choose her as my realtor when buying a new house.
