Moving here to Tennessee over 2 years ago was a bit scary coming from California. Not only did Nadine and myself become business partners, I the Lender and she the Real Estate Agent she also allowed me to be a client with putting business to the side for my personal needs while looking for the perfect home. But she did put Lending standards on my part being a Loan Officer she said this better be a clean file (and it was) and it better close on time. Well I was a very well qualified borrower so we had nothing else to talk about on business it was now listening to me say I want this and I want that. Yes, I was able to be a real client of Mrs. Choufani's. Nadine has a compassionate heart about doing business, I am proud to say she did an amazing job for me. Thank you so much Nadine

We meet Nadine while going to a few open houses in the neighborhood. Although, we weren't in the neighborhood to buy a home we were looking for land. She placed us on her mailing list under the criteria we were looking for. We were probably looking for the perfect piece for 2 years. Whenever we found something we were interested in, we were able to call Nadine for help. No matter what the question or how many dead ends we ran into she was always there to help! I am so thankful for all her patience and being the one realtor that will return a phone call promptly. I look forward to working with Nadine again and can't recommend her expertise enough.

Nadine was a referral of a referral from friends in the area. As Realtors ourselves moving here, we wanted to work with an agent that knew the area well and could help us quickly navigate the market. We are not from Tennessee but we were interested in buying a rental property out there. Nadine was referred to us by a friend and she handled everything for us from purchase to stepping in with a rental client. It was a quick purchase with very minimal issues.
