I worked with Nadine Cohen to purchase a home in or around Bucks or Hunterdon counties. Nadine is a special and talented realtor. First, you want to work with someone with a lot if experience as a realtor and as a realtor in your area of interest. Nadine over-qualifies on both counts. She is confident and competent when it comes to advising both her client and working with the assorted cast of characters involved in selling homes. I think where she really stands out is the effort she is willing to make on her clients' behalf--if something isn't getting done and it is another team member's responsibility, she will jump in and just get it done. She was available to speak with me days, weekends and evenings. I also learned to expect that if there was a house I was really interested in seeing, she got us there within 8 or 24 hours if the property was "hot." She will advise you in all matter of issues related to real estate and the value of a home, and will steer you towards the type of properties you desire. She takes the time to get to know you and your taste, and sometimes broadens it! A charming and upbeat manner is present throughout. The entire process (happy ending!) was as stress-free as it possibly can be.
