I'll admit I'm biased as Nadya is my wife. However, she sold our home in Apple Valley and got us a great price and bought our home in Eagan and was able to get it for asking price despite being in the wild time of bidding wars where people were offering insane amounts over asking price. I also see how she works and she constantly goes above and beyond for her clients and fights for them like they are family.
Over my life, I've worked with many different realtors, including one that is a good friend, but I would say as honestly as I can, Nadya is the best by far.

Nadya sold our existing home, showed us several houses, and handled the offer and purchase of our new house. This was a contingent sale and she was able to help us successfully navigate the process in this fast moving real estate market. Nadya was very responsive, and always responded quickly to phone calls and emails. She helped us to put together the best offer so that our offer had the best chance of acceptance in spite of being a contingent sale.

Very highly recommended and I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Naaya was referred to me as a realtor that you can trust and rely on. After we start looking for a house, she amazed me with how much time and effort she invested in help me understand the market and look at the houses. It was thought, but she never let me down, always available, always cheer me up and give me hope.

Finally, looked at the listing one morning and there it was...house that I liked. By the time I contacted her, she already scheduled a showing....she new it's the one for me!!! So, here we are: look at the house 10am; offer was ready and sent 3:30pm; by 6pm it was accepted. It was very strong offer Nadya put together that the sellers couldn't reject.

But it wasn't the end, it was a beginning of a nightmare getting ready for closing. Nadya stood by me all the way, we had sleepless nights, worries, and frustrations. She guided me through all the process and what to expect, reminded me every day on everything that needs to be done. I trusted her with all my heart, and it paid off. We closed on the house, and become friends.

Nadya is the agent you want if your schedule is unpredictable. We had things come up left and right and she was so quick to schedule showings with less then hour in advanced to see. She was super patient too as it took us almost 50 properties to see in person to find one that made sense. We had up to 13 showings in one day. She never rushed or pushed us, just patiently waited and kept on showing more properties till we found the one. Thank you Nadya!
