We recently bought our dream house with Naeem. The amount of effort and time he put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. From the first day we started, he spent entire weekends giving us a tour and great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. He always was responsive, patient and trustworthy. During the process of searching, every decision that we made mattered to him. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make the decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. We never felt forced to make an offer. As first–time home buyers, we were under lots of pressure and stress, which Naeem took. His relaxed, calm mindset kept my stress and anxiety low and gave me peace of mind. By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. I also work in the service industry and am very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met.
