Our primary focus is on acquiring distressed or discounted properties in the Greater Tampa Bay market (on the Gulf Coast of Florida) while targeting multiple exit strategies for fix & flip, buy/hold scenarios, lease options, rent-to-own properties, etc.
Our mission is to identify, acquire and manage income-producing properties that provide opportunities for investors to preserve capital investments and collect consistent double-digit returns while waiting for future capital appreciation of the assets.
