Nagi simply put was AMAZING, her attention to detail and continued strong efforts to find us the perfect home were next to none. Nagi was patient, resourceful, and positive throughout the entire process, she was able to find our home in no time. Everyone’s experience is different when it comes to finding their forever home. It can either go really bad or it can go great. Rule #1 Get yourself a good realtor!
My husbands and I had Nagibe as our realtor. She was able to find our forever home in less then 1 month. (We tried with other realtors and the process was taking forever) but as soon as Nagibe stepped in she was able to find exactly what we were looking for and I’m glad she’s the type of realtor who worries about her clients and advices them on whether the neighborhood is good or bad, same thing with schools. We truly appreciate her effort! We couldn’t be happier & I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home! ♥️

I cannot begin to express how fortunate and grateful I am to Nagibe. My wife and I were looking to purchase a home. At the tim we were not sure what we wanted. Nagibe guided us into the right direction from getting us through the pre-qualification process to linking us through her portal so that we can choose the type of home to fit our needs. Nagibe educates is on the difference between a conventional loan and an FHA loan so that we were better educated on our loan decision process. She provided us a vast selection of homes that would update constantly so that when we chose what we liked it can guide her to know what style of home we were looking for. By th time we found th house that we wanted we were already pre approved so it allowed the approval to closing process to move fast. Nagibe and her team were on top of everything to make sure they’re was no loose ends during closing. Nagibe was able to get us our home below asking price and has done follow ups with us even after we closed and moved in to make sure that we were happy with our choice and that we are on top of everything. As a realtor she is a master of her craft and her realtor firm exceeded our expectations. I could not be happier and I would highly recommend Nagibe and her team to anyone looking for a home.l because with Nagibe you will know that she will always be on your side looking for your best interests.
