My wife and I worked with Nahya to purchase our “forever home”. We had a bunch of specific items we wanted and she helped us find the right property. There are 2 important things to note when working with Nahya. The first is that she has a background in design which was critical and helping my wife and I understand what the home could be with the right renovation here and there. She was able to point out aspects of a homes layout that could be altered which is something we wouldn’t have noticed with out a broker with a keen sense of design. The second thing is she knows Bergen County well. Certain elements like property easements, flood zones, traffic, and train noise were all aspects of a property she was able to quickly point out. And the most important was her able to ascertain value. The house we bought, we were initially planning to offer the ask price given how competitive the market is. She suggested we offer a lower amount and she was right, the seller accepted our lower offer. So clearly she was worth using.

I sincerely believe the paint colors she chose for the house made it sell as fast as it did. I'm a first-time home buyer and I couldn't be happier having Nahya as my listing agent. She was such a pleasure to work with. Not only was she professional and experienced but also always on top of things so you can rest assured you are well taken care of as her client.

She is patient and resourceful as she will explain everything you dont understand and quickly find the solutions you need. The seller for my first home was in an urgency to sell the house. Many times the seller wanted to go with other buyers, Nahya worked very hard to talk the seller into staying with my offer. If it wasn't for her effort, I might not have been able to close on my new home.

I was very fortunate to be introduced to Nahya during my apartment search in the Edgewater/North Bergen area.
