Naja is an excellent real estate agent. What makes her special is that she is more than just that. Her vast knowledge about the entire industry as a whole is unmatched. She is an expert not only in her field, but also in the entire process which is rare. She keeps you informed and up to speed from start to finish and has an excellent relationship with attorneys, lenders and other agents. In my most recent purchase, I was able to get an extra garage space for free as a result of Naja’s likability from the other agent (he told me himself actually). He said he just really loved working with her and I’m lucky to have had her as my agent. The attorney said the same thing. In addition, she was able to help me get top dollar on my sale of my home by doing research and convincing us that we could obtain the value we were looking for, even when I was ready to jump on a low ball offer. She asked me to trust her and I did and got $15k more on my sale. She provided a stager to stage my place which immediately got an offer and eventual sale. She is a consummate professional and expert in her field and an even better person. She actually cares about her clients and prioritizes them. I use her every time and without question, she comes highly recommended from myself and others that I have known to use her services. She exceeds expectations. Oh, and she has an amazing network of contractors and service providers (I.e - roofers, cleaners, plumbers, electricians, etc) that she shares with you whenever you’re looking for additions to your home. She truly does it all and I’m lucky to get her services.

Having gone through the buying/selling of homes several times now I would say that working with Naja has been the best experience. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area that we were looking to buy and gave great advice on investment areas that would help my wife and I generate long term wealth. Naja was AMAZING! My husband and I were so pleased with our experience. To start Naja was able to get us a showing for the home we wanted to see in less then 12 hours! She had our offer ready to go the same night we viewed the home. THEN she worked her magic and got our offer chosen over four others! She was always a call or text away an kept us up to date every step of the way. She made these first time home buyers feel like pros. We doubt we will be selling our home anytime soon but if for some reason moving is in our future we will definitely use Naja Morris again!

We had such an exceptional process with Naja. She really listened to what we were looking for, and helped us under pretty strict boundaries on both location and budget. We actually both found the same house on the same day, independently - it was a sign it was the right house for us. She helped us find experts to get us through the buying process and was far and away the MVP of our house buying team.
