As a first time home buyer, she held our hands in every step of the process and the whole experience was so smooth. Namita demonstrated superlative knowledge of the real estate market, tireless commitment and agility during our home buying process. Namita manages our rental property and if we give it an after thought we made the right decision. She has been exceptional with her work, timely communication, due diligence and negotiations. She managed lot many backlogs required in our absence to keep everything in place required on time. There were some foreseen circumstances( some destructive work done by some contractor) just before the deadline and she ensured to bring right people , process and tools to make it ready before the deadline. I won’t hesitate for a moment to recommend her for any real estate related work whether its buying, selling or renting.

Second time home purchase with Namita and the experience was as great as the last time. She is very prompt and responsive, and was able to answer all our questions (and even the ones we didn't ask but should have). She earned our trust, always giving us advice that made us feel more confident about our decisions and was even able to help us with post move correspondences.
