We have worked with other agents over the years, and by far, Nan Emmer is the best. She listens to her clients wants and needs and doesn't waste your time on homes that don't meet those criteria. Our buying experience with Nan was efficient, pleasant, and her team made the process stress-free--and we got the home we wanted. Above all that, she is a genuinely good person who cares about her clients. We recently relocated back to Minnesota and Nan helped us with the purchase of our new construction home. This is the third time we have used Nan as our realtor over the past 12 years and we’d recommend her to anyone. She is knowledgeable, responsive and so helpful. She went out of her way to be accommodating while we were going through the process of purchasing our home while still living across the country. After moving in she has continued to be helpful through the settling in process. Five stars for Nan!!

I connected with Nan and we worked together to get my townhouse ready to show and list. She has the experience of seeing the property from the potential buyer's perspective as well as the resources to help prepare the property before being listed. Once it was listed, we received an offer above the asking pricee and appraised value of the townhouse. Thank you Nan!
