About Nancy

Meet Nancy!

Nancy has lived in Mount Holly since 1995, and is eager to show you why her family loves calling Gaston County home. A native of Massena, New York, Nancy has embraced the Southern lifestyle and can’t imagine living anywhere else.

Before going into real estate, Nancy worked for major companies like ALCOA, BarclaysAmerican, and Emerson Power & Water Solutions. Nancy understands deadlines and the pressures involved in decision making and is very talented at balancing multiple projects at once.

Nancy has been married to Al Accipiter, previous owner of A&A Automotive in Mount Holly, since 1977. Before moving to Mount Holly Nancy & Al moved all around the US with Al’s career in the U.S. Coast Guard, living in places like Alaska, New York, and Virginia. Having moved around so much, Nancy understands the stress involved with buying and selling and can be trusted to make your experience as stress-free as possible.

Nancy & Al have one daughter, Emily, who lives with her husband and son in Eagle River, Alaska.

Nancy enjoys volunteering as a Guardian ad Litem. She has previously been involved in Mount Holly Springfest and can help you find great events to attend in town!
