Nancy Allen

Nancy is a native of Pittsburgh, PA, and a resident of Manatee County for 30+ years. She obtained her real estate license in 1985 and Broker's designation in 1987, and has been actively selling residential, condominium, and vacant land properties here in Manatee County ever since.

Nancy is currently serving on the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee Board of Directors and as the Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee.

Nancy is committed to giving back to the community which she calls home. She is a current Board member of the Manatee County Library Foundation, an active member of Bayside Community Church, and has served on the Board of Meals on Wheels Plus of Manatee County and the Florida West Coast Symphony. Nancy is a member of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of Leadership Manatee, and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Manatee County.

Nancy has a passion for exceeding the expectations of her customers and their real estate needs! This is a testimony to her commitment to life-long learning, as she is proud alumna with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from the University of South Florida.
