Nancy is a ROCKSTAR real estate agent!! After watching a number of friends struggle to buy/sell a home, switch to Nancy and then suddenly have success, I knew she would be my go-to gal for any real estate needs. That need came up when my parents decided to move to this area to retire. Despite a very tight budget, Nancy worked overtime to find a home that suited their needs perfectly. Her skills put us at the front of the line for showings and bids, and we got the house we wanted thanks to her relentless dedication to our family. Someone mentioned already that Nancy makes you feel like her only client. That was exactly our experience as well. Her excellent relationships with other realtors, with contractors, and with experts in various home issues were a tremendous asset to us. And her many years of experience provided the knowledge we needed to make informed decisions each step of the way. We can't thank her enough for all her hard work and for rising to the challenge of finding the perfect house within our budget.

LOVE HER! Though we have yet to sell our house, I have no doubt Nancy will do it! We tried several other agents, after signing w/ Nancy we have averaged a Showing every 10 days. She is honest, kind, and knows her stuff! She takes the time to listen to what you are looking for and what you want. Not all Realtors are created equal. Nancy is the cream of the crop! UPDATE -- Our house is SOLD! It was one of the most difficult things we have ever done, everyday was a fight w/ our mortgage company, but Nancy was steadfast, if she didn't have the answer, she always came up w/ a solution. She fought have got us every penny we were owed. Best realtor ever!

My wife and I originally wanted to sell the house as a fixer-upper as for sale by owner. After 6 months with disappointing results we decided to have repairs made and list with a real estate professional. We chose Nancy and within two days of putting it on the market we had our first showing. In less than three weeks we had several offers including one higher than our asking price. Nancy was very flexible with our work schedules and we met outside of normal working hours in the office to get documents reviewed and signed to navigate the whole process.
