Nancy is licensed in GA and SC. She has been a licensed Broker for 33 years: 31 years in residential sales and leasing and for 2 years in commercial real estate. Nancy was named “Broker-in-Charge” for a regional builder. She now works as a seller-/buyer agent for resales and new-construction and as a new-build agent for Atlanta-based builders.

Nancy, as a Realtor®, remains true to the National Association of Realtors’ core values: honesty, truthfulness, knowledge. She knows how to explain a transaction and its details to her clients and knows when, and how, to let a transaction escalate for her clients’ benefit.
