My wife and I have very high standards for the realtors we work with and it took us several realtors until we found Nancy, it was well worth it to switch realtors until we found the perfect one! Nancy helped us to buy a home in Denver, sell a home in Denver, and was a constant sounding board for us as we continually thought through our housing options.

Nancy is incredibly responsive and had multiple opportunities to demonstrate her partnership by often putting aside her personal arrangements to make sure she was able to support our needs. Nancy's understanding of the Colorado market and ability to be honest and accurate in her assessment of both our home for sale and homes we were looking to buy was a tremendous asset.

I cannot speak highly enough of Nancy and if you have the opportunity to work with her, I highly recommend it. We have used Nancy for the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of another. I can’t say enough good things about Nancy. She is all of the things you would hope to find in a realtor. Nancy is dedicated, hard working, extremely knowledgeable and savvy and always makes time for her customers. We have been so fortunate to have worked with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Denver area.

Nancy helped two new and picky buyers find their dream home. Throughout the process she was transparent, honest, and extremely helpful.
