I had three rental properties in Akron that I listed with Nancy. The first two sold easily and Nancy took charge of everything for me as I was out of state. She got me great prices and was very professional and eager to help me as I have a severe health issue and needed to minimize my stress.

When it came time to sell the third property, we ran into a big snag that we did not expect. The renters had moved out and squatters took over the house. It took months to get them out but we finally did. Nancy was instrumental in helping resolve the issue and even helped me get the house cleaned out and repaired from the damage the squatters caused. She had the house in contract right away and she worked diligently to ease my fears and protect my property value. She was extremely responsive and represented me aggressively, but she was also kind and sensitive to my unique needs and situation. I trust her completely and recommend her whole heartedly!

It has been such a delight working with Nancy Bartlebaugh! I know a lot of realtors as I am in the mortgage industry but when we decided to buy a new home, I wanted to work with an agent that I have never worked with before and so we found Nancy. Upon our first meeting we were truly impressed with her vision of selling our home and how she was going to help us find our new home. We have been working with her for almost a year now and she could have sold up multiple homes by now, but she doesn’t just want to sell you a home… she wants to sell you the right home! When we are viewing homes, she looks at everything and points out all the issues that she finds. One time we were viewing a home that we really liked and planned on submitting an offer but when we were viewing the property Nancy found issues. She randomly found a piece of a two-by-four and put it up against the basement wall and found the walls in the basement were bowing in. She advised how big of an issue this could be and we didn’t even give it a second look and decided not to make that offer. Just recently I thought I found the “one”… But after viewing comparable properties in the area there was no way that the home was worth what they were asking, and we knew the home would go probably $20K over asking price. Again, we trusted her, and she saved us from making a big mistake that we would have regretted in the future. We love that she is honest with us and we are just not another home she sold. She always tells us… “We are going to find you guys the perfect home!” and we trust and believe her. My husband and I felt Nancy knew exactly what we wanted and provided her insight with every house we walked through. Her knowledge on homes is incredible and will ONLY show you the beat of the best. I will say, I felt like Nancy was my mom because she was so relatable and easy to talk to and work with. We LOVE Nancy!

Nancy sold our home in a neighborhood full of homes for sale. I have the old neighbors calling, and asking me how I sold so fast!! Nancy kept the process moving, and the end results were great. All said and done, trying to sell a place on your own is a rough road, and not a great idea. I am so happy I called Nancy. I'm so fortunate to have received a postcard from Nancy. I had already interviewed two other agents but received her postcard in the mail for another home she sold in our neighborhood.
