Nancy went way above and beyond helping us sell our condo. She proactively took care of managing all of the necessary repairs and upgrades, set a great price and then sold it for that price, relieved a lot of stress on our part by managing a difficult neighbor, personally coordinated many detailed touches, helped us manage unexpected pushback and issues during closing, and kept up a wonderful positive attitude throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I would and have recommended Nancy Carter as an agent to my friends to sale any property. I have used Nancy to buy and sale properties for the last 10 years. We had recently acquired a property through an inheritance, she wasted no time getting it ready for the Market knowing rates were going up. She has many great people at her fingertips that were able to come in within the week to oversee the cleaning, staging and photography all to get my home on the market as quickly as possible.

Nancy is amazing and her friendliness and professionalism instantly made an impression on us. I told her about the property we were interested in and she said, "please hold on tight, and I will call you back shortly." About twenty minutes later she called back and told me she would meet us at the property in about an hour. As soon as we met she shared that she was able to connect with the owner/seller directly, and if we were okay with the property, the owner could give us a discount on the listing price and we could be in escrow the next day. In this competitive market we thought it was too good to be true! Nancy explained that it was her job to figure out what the seller wanted which is crucial to making a transaction happen. With Nancy's help we closed the deal in 21 days. Since we needed to remodel she provided information about the contractors she knew and reviewed the estimated project costs to ensure they were reasonable. She also sent her cleaning crew so it would be move-in ready. Nancy is the best.

To say that we love working with Nancy is an understatement. We are a working class family and never imagined to have more than one, maybe two, real estate transactions in our lives but we have had FIVE and we used Nancy for every one. Her knowledge of the market has helped us make smart real estate decisions and we learn so much each time we’ve worked with her.

We just purchased our dream home during this crazy real estate market and there were moments that we didn’t think we would find a home. From scheduling visits to every home we wanted to view, to helping us write the best offer and to helping us decipher inspection reports and negotiating repairs, Nancy did everything possible to ensure that we not only found our next home, she also went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. While we are over the moon to move into our new house, we are bummed that we won’t get to have our weekly (sometimes daily) chats with her.

If there is one phrase we say every time we talk about about Nancy it’s, “NANCY CARTER DOES NOT PLAY!” Meaning, while she is always gracious, professional and sweet as pie - she is also firm, she listens to her client’s concerns/wants/needs and truly ADVOCATES for them.
