Nancy Clark

Born and raised in Stoneham Massachusetts, Nancy Clark graduated from Stoneham High School and attended Castleton State College in Castleton, Vermont majoring in elementary education. A resident of the Lakes Region for the past 40 years, Nancy raised four children, all graduating from the Gilford School system. She now enjoys watching her grandchildren attending the same Gilford schools. Prior to pursuing a career in Real Estate, Nancy owned and operated Pickle Lilly’s Deli in Laconia for 10 years.

Nancy has practiced real estate in the Lakes Region for over 20 years and has been with Roche Realty Group, Inc. since its inception. She has been a member of the Lakes Region and state of New Hampshire Board of REALTORS® as well as the National Association of REALTORS® for 20 years.

She has formed strong personal and professional relationships with her diversified client base. Nancy has listed and sold numerous properties including waterfront, water access, condominiums, and land. In addition, she has negotiated sales of commercial properties including motels, cottage colonials, apartment complexes, land development, beauty shops and marinas. She uses her knowledge and experience in the Lakes Region to help her clients make an informed real estate decision.
