Nancy Conley

My name is Nancy Conley and I’m a Florida native. I am so grateful to be born and raised in Tampa. I grew up in South Tampa to hardworking parents who taught me that anything is possible if you are willing to work hard for it

I moved to Apollo Beach in 1984 to marry, raise a family and enjoy the waterfront lifestyle. We enjoyed living in the community and soon became boaters exploring the locale by boat with family and friends.

I joined CENTURY 21 Beggins as a full time Realtor in 2006. I decided to specialize in waterfront homes as I had a thorough understanding of the waterways, Tampa Bay and boating. Selling waterfront is unique depending on the type and size boat, knowing the bridge locations and canal depths. I also enjoy assisting buyers and sellers in many areas of real estate in the Tampa Bay areas including but not limited to Brandon, Riverview, Ruskin, Wimauma and Lithia.

My knowledge and expertise of the complex real estate market have been the keys to my success. My personal satisfaction received by helping people obtain their goals, whether buying or selling homes, makes me truly enjoy what I do.
