Nancy was so great to work with, especially as a first time home buyer! She was very helpful and explained every step during the home buying process. Nancy made sure I understood what was happening and overall made sure I was getting a great and fair deal on my home. Especially in the current market we are in now, Nancy helped me find a great home at a great price! Her and Katie were as well very responsive and answered all the questions I had if ever I was confused by something or needed further explanation. Overall, would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home and would use them again myself.

Nancy and Katie helped me with a purchase of a wonderful home in Peoria. As an out of state buyer and considering the COVID pandemic, this was not a typical real estate transaction.

Nancy, Katie and team were very professional, making sure all of my questions were answered and my needs met in a very timely manner. In this market I was able to close the purchase in 30 days and below asking price.

I would definitely recommend the Cotton team and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
