I found Nancy at will many years ago, leaving a general email message on her firm's website, and she immediately responded the following day. Nancy had no background with me but took all of my inquiries seriously. Long story short, Nancy helped me find different two properties (a lot and a townhome) in Mammoth over a 5-year period. Today, I consider her a good friend. As a potential buyer, Nancy is cognizant of your level of interest, time frame, property features, price level, etc., and will not be pushy or impatient in working with you. She is also quite realistic. As much as many of us love Mammoth, Nancy understands when real estate is over-valued and potentially under-valued. I know that she would work as hard in representing a seller also.
