Nancy Devoto

Nancy Devoto, born and raised in Santa Rosa, attended Santa Rosa City Schools and Sonoma State University. She has had the pleasure of raising two children here in Sonoma County. Her daughter, Vanessa, has her real estate license and works with Nancy as a part of Team Devoto. Her son, Daniel, lives in Santa Rosa with his family and is a teacher at Steele Lane Elementary School.

Nancy obtained her real estate license in 1978 and started her real estate career with Shadow Brook Properties and then with William Gallaher selling new homes. In 1985, Nancy began selling homes in Oakmont, and in 1998, after the completion of the new homes built by Gallaher Construction, she began working with McBride Realty; a company she feels is best suited to her ideals of professionalism and integrity. She believes that the McBride family has worked hard to maintain a standard of trust and honesty throughout the Oakmont community.

In 2014 due to Nancy's success, she established Team Devoto, which consists of her daughter Vanessa and sister Debbie Devoto. With this full-time team, her clients are assured of excellent, professional assistance in all their real estate needs.

In 2002, Nancy moved to Oakmont with her husband, Bill, so they could personally enjoy all that this wonderful community has to offer. It is her hope to continue working here in the Valley of the Moon for many years to come.

Since the beginning of her career, Nancy has sold hundreds of homes, both new and resale. She has consistently been Oakmont's TOP producer and looks forward to collaborating with buyers and sellers in helping them complete their real estate needs.
