When we experienced a loss in the family, we needed to come in from out of state to handle the estate and had to quickly find a realtor for the sale of the property. I wish there were more stars. As first time home-buyers, I have to admit we came in apprehensive and with little knowledge on the market/process of buying. Home shopping can be very intimidating...I never once felt insecure with Nancy on our side. She was referred to us by a family member, which already gave her a plus in my book.

Nancy's experience and fiesty attitude quite literally puts her as TOP of her profession- I know this because we met a lot of other realtors throughout our buying process. She also has many contacts/friends in the trade that we were able to use after closing.

Nancy was very patient with us as we looked at MANY homes and always alerted us when something came up in our area well before it was even up on Zillow/Realtor..etc to make sure we were able to view anything that might be in our interest ASAP. When we finally found our dream home, Nancy negotiated us down to a price I still can't believe. She continued to fight for every amenity/monetary value for us even after the purchase agreement was signed.

FURTHERMORE, even after closing she made phone call after phone call and finally got the trash removed from our driveway that the previous owners so rudely left.

I generally do not go out of my way to do recommendations but I cannot express how truly lucky we were to have Nancy as our realtor. The home of our dreams, in our price range, with a knowledgeable realtor covering our backs each and every step along the way, making sure we didn't get screwed over by a single person/addendum/cracked piece of concrete.

She deserves an award for going above and beyond in her profession. Do yourself a favor and stop being apprehensive about the housing market. Nancy has your back.

We recently decided to move back to Michigan from California and contacted Nancy to start the search for a condo for us. If you're looking for a realtor to get the job done, Nancy is the one. Her direct approach and up-front honesty is what makes her one-of-a-kind.
The first time I purchased I was buying FHA and had limited funds. She understood my situation and helped me find a home that suited me but was also in my price range. I can't tell you how rare that is, so many realtors are just concerned about their commission, she truly cares about finding homes that suit her clients.
I chose Nancy to help me sell that home and get my fiance and I into the home we live in now. Her negotiating skills are unparalleled, she will honestly go to bat to get you into the home you want. I recommend her to all of my friends and family!

My husband and I closed on a home with Nancy on Monday. This was the 3rd time I've bought / sold a home with her. This time was just as awesome as the previous ones. She is the best real estate agent that I've ever worked with. She's helpful and she really goes out of her way to do what ever possible to find you the perfect place or get your information out there to sell your home. She is very accommodating and tries to be available when ever you need her for something. I will never - ever use anyone else. We are now in the process of selling our previous home and I know that she do her best again to help us however she can.

Nancy is great. My husband and I were first time home buyers. Nancy was very knowledgeable when looking at houses, she responded to phone calls and emails very quickly, and was very flexible and accommodating to when we were available to look at houses. My wife and I have used Nancy twice now to buy our homes and each time has been a great experience. We have also referred Nancy to some of our friends and family members and she has since helped them purchases homes as well. Nancy is very informative and knowledgeable, she brings a lot to the table. She is very supportive and active through out the whole process of buying and or selling a home. My husband and I just recently purchased our first home. As first time home buyers, we couldn't have been more lucky than to have such an experienced individual to help guide us through every step of the way. Each and every different house we saw, Nancy provided us with every little detail she possibly could. Whether it was the mechanics of house or the value of the property. Nancy tells it how it is because she knows what she is talking about, which in turn helped us weigh out our options. I never felt like i had to settle on our purchase, because she is patient and will work hard for your needs, until you find the right home. I chose Nancy as my Realtor because I heard nothing but wonderful things about her! She has helped so many people that I know find their homes, and when it was time to purchase our first home, I wouldn't have even considered going to anyone else. My expectations were that Nancy would send me properties that met my search criteria, and I would choose the properties that looked appealing, and she would take my husband and I to see the homes. Nancy did so much more than that-more than I ever expected or imagined! She was constantly searching for my husband and I. She kept in touch daily. She was available to us, despite our crazy schedules. She came out on weekends. She returned calls and messages even late at night. We knew we were in good hands, and she did not let us down. She was so knowledgeable about the properties, and about purchasing homes (because, of course we had lots of questions, since we were first time home buyers). She never forced us into any decision, and she was honest with us, so we knew the good and the bad about each property. She explained the importance of looking at the home from a resale standpoint, so we would have many potential buyers if and when we decide to sell one day. What impressed me the most about Nancy was her kindness and integrity. She is not only an amazing and knowledgeable real estate agent with years of experience, but she is a wonderful, caring person. I would without hesitation recommend Nancy to any friend or family member who was looking to buy or sell their home. She treated my husband and I like we were her own family, and she treats all of her clients the same way. I just cannot say enough about how grateful I am to have had Nancy as my Realtor. We became aware of Nancy when a neighbor sold her home thru her. That was 1 1/2 years ago. We kept the business card given to us by the neighbor, figuring it would give us a leg up having someone who already knew the area and the right price range to set our price at. Nancy was very energetic from the very start, available at all hours, and quite professional. And, oh, by the way, Nancy did both our sale and our purchase, concurrently. Each transaction went smoothly. An added bonus is Nancy has what seems to be her own personal group of contractors at her beck and call, be it an inspector, an electrician, a locksmith, you name it. She will not disappoint!
