Nancy and I did a cross sale together: She was representing the buyers on my listing. She and her buyers were successful winning the multiple bidding process in this crazy sellers’ market. Her buyers were relying on the sale of another home in a different state & we would have never closed without Nancy working above and beyond to communicate constantly with the parties on that sale in the other state. She wasn’t representing any of the sides on that sale, but it had to sell in order for our transaction to close. She was constantly pushing them to complete the steps needed to close, pushing the mortgage broker. The listing agent, etc. to get the job done! She was always easy to get in touch with, very responsive and professional!

If you have a listing and you’re trying to decide between similar offers, your sellers will be lucky to have Nancy on the other side of your deal & you will love working with her!

If you are looking for a fantastic REALTOR to hire, you won’t be disappointed in Nancy. She really went above and beyond to represent her clients and keep their best interests as her highest priority.

She doesn’t know I’m doing this review, and I’m a real estate broker recommending another real estate professional! I’m honestly happy that Nancy is out there representing her clients at such a high standard. Our industry is better with true professionals like Nancy. Thank you, Nancy! Nancy is an extremely reliable agent. My sale in a different state fell through. The two agents (Mine and sellers) basically gave up. Nancy Stepped in with ways to solve an issue outside of her jurisdiction. She navigated through all issues and maintained connections with all parties involved. She spear headed the sale, which she did not need to do. Her knowledge has invigorated new hope with all parties, including the buyers of my home in a different state. I have purchased and sold homes with many agents through the years. Just completed a sale with an agent that works with HGTV. Nancy is far superior as far as knowledge and communications. Beside Nancy being knowledgeable, she leverages the relationship to help her clients each step of the process. Nancy is candid, truthful and will not waste your time.

Nancy was an amazing realtor! She made herself available for whatever questions or concerns we had (and we pestered her a ton and she was nothing short of helpful and responsive). She helped us purchase this home for a great deal and when it came time to relocate, she was able to help us sell our home within a week of posting. We had been searching for our dream home for 3 years and had almost given up hope. I happened to meet Nancy purely by coincidence and was just talking about how hard it was to find a horse property when she said to me I'm a realtor I will find you one. Boy was she right immediately she started sending us listings and setting up viewings. After the first 3 she knew what our tastes were and took the time to listen and understand what we wanted. She goes above and beyond helping set up appointments with contractors and folks who know about building fence and stalls and any other things you may need. She finds out about irrigation issues and is just so personal and in touch with what is needed. Nancy came through for us and put us in a beautiful property just like she said she would. For me personally I always felt like Nancy had our best interests at heart and was in our corner. We are now in our home and I can say in all honesty Nancy is no longer just our realtor but also our friend. I can not say enough good things about Nancy and her ability as a Realtor. My husband and I had been looking for a horse property for over 2 years, once we started working with Nancy she found our dream property within 2 months! Nancy showed us properties from the very West side of Phoenix (Waddell) to the very East side of Phoenix (San Tan Valley).

Nancy went above and beyond to find us the property that suited our needs. She printed off survey maps and dug in to title issues, understood the importance of irrigation to us and just kept going until we found 'the one'. When we started to panic, she would calm us down and keep us on a steady path to achieving our goal.

We really could not have achieved our dream of owing a horse property without her. Her attention to detail, her professionalism, knowledge of the industry and enthusiasm is outstanding.
