Nancy has been our realtor for 32 years. We first met Nancy in 1992 , when we were relocating from NJ to PA with kids in tow. Nancy was always kind and patient no matter how long it took. She is incredibly knowledgeable, extremely organized and goes above and beyond to assist in making the buying and selling process smooth free. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of recommending her to family and friends. She has represented us in 7 buy/sell transactions, as well as numerous rental transactions. She will be honest with you about her assessment of the real estate market, will advocate for you with dogged commitment, and is totally committed to making sure you are a happy client. She has worked in the Philly area for years and her knowledge of the area is impressive and immensely beneficial to her clients. She is also a genuinely kind and honest person, and I imagine many if not all of her clients call her a dear friend by the time the search for your perfect home is over. Just purchased home # 10 with Nancy guiding the way. Easy to pick the best realtor of the 10 we have met; Nancy Goldberg. Her advice, knowledge and response are excellent. By way of example, we purchased a 14 yr old townhouse. When we were wondering about room sizes, she came up with the original Toll Brothers floor plan which she had kept for this eventuality! A pleasure to work with, we highly recommend Nancy.

There are a lot of Realtors in Bucks County to choose from. After interviewing several other top producers in the area, I was fortunate enough to hire Nancy to sell my home. In my transaction, the strengths Nancy brought that stood out to me were: A) Constant and honest communication, B) Being a local who grew up in the area, she has a very broad network of contractors, decorators, real estate investors, and other agents, (anyone who has had a major home inspection issue that needs to be resolved prior to closing can appreciate her access to quality contractors who are willing to shuffle their jobs to accommodate her), C) Nancy knows how to negotiate; an intelligent, confident, and diplomatic professional. I came to know Nancy through my husband, they were lifelong friends and she was his only realtor for all the properties he bought and sold over the years. Nancy sold my home along with 2 homes owned by my family. These two houses were not her normal and usual properties and Nancy never hesitated to offer her help, not only as a realtor, but as a friend. We use Nancy to purchase our first house. She was incredibly patient with us and talked us through the process in a way that was necessary for people who were novices in the area. She really went out of her way to spend a lot of time to make sure we feel comfortable with what we were doing and the place we ended up with.
