Quite simply put, Nancy Goldberg is the best! Over 30 years ago, Nancy helped us find and then buy our home in Bucks Co., PA. This year she helped us prepare, list, and then sell the same house. Her experience and vast knowledge of the housing markets, local housing trends, contractor networks, and closing details is unlimited and unmatched! She always held our interests first when working through all details of the process. Nancy worked hard to get us the best possible outcome both times.
Nancy listened to us as we described our housing needs, expectations, and desires during both housing events. She worked to make our housing dreams come true. Nancy is very client oriented – it’s not just a sale to her. She gave freely of her time and was always gracious and a friend long after our initial home purchase. We always recommend her when asked about realtors in Bucks Co. Nancy also connected us with a very good realtor in TN and made sure we were getting good support there. She even talked us through one potential new construction option while we were searching in TN. While we have relocated to eastern TN, Nancy will always be a good friend.

Just purchased home # 10 with Nancy guiding the way. Easy to pick the best realtor of the 10 we have met; Nancy Goldberg. Her advice, knowledge and response are excellent. By way of example, we purchased a 14 yr old townhouse. When we were wondering about room sizes, she came up with the original Toll Brothers floor plan which she had kept for this eventuality! There are a lot of Realtors in Bucks County to choose from. After interviewing several other top producers in the area, I was fortunate enough to hire Nancy to sell my home. I came to know Nancy through my husband, they were lifelong friends and she was his only realtor for all the properties he bought and sold over the years. Nancy sold my home along with 2 homes owned by my family. We use Nancy to purchase our first house. She was incredibly patient with us and talked us through the process in a way that was necessary for people who were novices in the area. She really went out of her way to spend a lot of time to make sure we feel comfortable with what we were doing and the place we ended up with.
