My husband and I are first time home buyers, Nancy has assisted my sister in a couple home purchases and sells, we decided to go with her purely on having her contact information already. I hadn’t looked her up or knew anything else about real estate; after learning what a huge process this is and how important choosing a great agent is, I started getting a little worried about how I just “randomly” chose an agent. But WOW oh WOW, Nancy truly went above and beyond for us. I don’t think I could have chosen a better real estate agent if I spent multiple hours researching. I think those hours would have landed me at Nancy. That’s how good she is. She really felt like family and was always available for my calls and texts, getting back to our every question at a reasonable time. You can tell this job is her priority, and I truly don’t know how she does it while juggling her own family and life. She is super woman! After a heart ache or two with getting out-bid on homes, Nancy actually was the one who found the home we would end up purchasing, she knew what we were looking for and found the listing as a “coming soon”. she fought tooth and nail for us through all the hiccups on selling my parents current home and through buying our future home! I am beyond excited to start this new journey in our home and I can’t wait until my friends start purchasing homes so I can recommend Nancy! She also recommended a couple lenders when I asked and the one we chose was an absolute God-send. Nancy is not only a fantastic realtor but has been a great friend for many years. She recently helped us sell my in-law's house and because of her experience and knowledge of the market, we were able to get an offer in less than a week and over the asking price. She also works with a stager, Polly Murray, who I would highly recommend if you want to sell your house for top dollar. Once again Nancy came through for us. She helped us buy our home in Antioch two years ago & then helped us sell it recently, when we decided to retire & move to the mountains. Nancy is extremely professional, savvy, and kind. She knows the market inside & out, and she worked diligently to get us a great sale price on our home. Since we had to move before the sale of the house, we were able to count on Nancy to handle everything long distance, from the open house to working with the stager & the appraiser, to staying in close touch with the buyers' agent & making sure all paperwork, calls & appointments were completed as necessary & on time. I've held a Real Estate Broker license for 30 years. I can sell anyone's house in a minute. But when it came to my house, forget it. It took forever. I picked Nancy because I had worked with her before and she was great. I gave her the listing on my house in October or 2021 and she had it sold in December 2021.

Nancy helped us find our ideal forever home in this crazy market. She really listened to our needs and search through the Brentwood market high and low. Eventually we found a home with a pool for the kids, a large yard for our dog, and at an ideal location with families like ours. Our kids have already made friends with the neighboring kids and play out front just like how we used to when we were kids. We moved out of state and my husband tried to update our CA home himself but never completed it because he got sick. Time passed, we never got back to completing the work so we decided to sell the property as is. We called a few different realtors but they wanted us to do more work on the property so we can get more money back for it so they can get a higher commission. We didn’t have the time or money to put into it anymore. It almost went into foreclosure. A year had passed and we found Nancy. I originally called her because I saw she was familiar with short sales and when Nancy looked at the property she said “oh I can sell this. We don’t have to do a short sale on it”. I couldn’t believe it. Finally. a realtor who was up for a challenge. Nancy did a great job selling our house in just a few weeks. I mean, she was on it! Honest, thorough, thoughtful, professional. She really fought to get the best price for our property. We live out of state so I communicated with Nancy strictly through phone, text and email. She made sure I was never in the dark and I knew what was going on every step of the way. Nancy isn’t just a great realtor, she’s a caring and thoughtful one. We’re so happy to finally get this property off of our hands and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without Nancy. She’s the best!!

Working with Nancy Gonzales was a dream come true. She came highly recommended by a friend. We met and she came fully prepared with comparables and didn't force me into listing for a price I wasn't comfortable with. We evaluated together the comparables in the area and came up with a figure together. Her promise to me was even if someone offers the asking amount she would try to get more. We listed my home for the going rate in my neighborhood. My house was not the fanciest house in the neighborhood and the upgrades were not the nicest. Nancy was able to get me $20000 over the asking price which made it the highest sold house in the neighborhood. Nancy Gonzales, a one of a kind realtor❗️ When I was thinking about selling my home, I called her to let her know that I was thinking about selling my home and wanted her to be the realtor to make it happen.

I shared with her in late November 2019 that January 2020 would be a great time to start the process. She said why not December 2019, and I told her no one is going to be looking to purchase a home in Dec. She said, the serious buyers would, and the house went up for sale in Dec. and less than 30 days we had several offers and February the deal was closed.
