Nancy is a proud Texan, who loves her new home in Northeast Florida! She spent the first 43 years of her life in Wichita Falls, where she grew up surrounded by her parents, brothers, and grandparents. Nancy graduated from Midwestern State University with a degree in Elementary Education and began teaching the next year. After meeting her husband Thomas in 1984, she continued teaching for several more years, while helping him establish a successful development and construction business. After moving to Florida in 2013, Nancy returned to teaching, while Thomas continued his real estate career. His success and excitement soon enticed Nancy to change careers and join him. After a year learning the business alongside her husband, Nancy has joined Coldwell Banker Vanguard as a residential agent. Nancy's work helping her husband establish his construction business provided her with an understanding of the real estate market that was expanded further in her work with her husband's transition into real estate. This experience has provided her with the skills necessary to guide anyone going through buying or selling process. After growing up in a large, close-knit family, Nancy has raised a family of her own and is the proud mother of a coach, an attorney, a resort manager, an actor, and a ministry student. She continues to work with children at her church, participate in Newcomers of the First Coast, and of course spends lots of quality time with her boys, two sweet daughters in law, and her first grandbaby. Family has always been such a huge part of her life, that Nancy loves helping others find just the right home.
