Nancy Heins

Nancy moved to the beautiful Central Coast in 2000 after many years in the Eastern Sierra. She first fell in love with the Central Coast back in her college years with many visits to Cal Poly friends and a fascination for Hearst Castle. Nancy chose this area to build her real estate career when the opportunity presented itself.

Nancy holds a BA in Anthropology from CSU Northridge with graduate studies in Archaeology at UCLA and CSU Northridge. Nancy’s career at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area encompassed instructor, coach, supervisor, major event organizer and human resource/skills assessor plus liaison for international instructors. She credits coaching for developing strong communication and negotiation skills that prepared her well for real estate.

Nancy’s history in managing her own properties led her to broaden her skills with real estate sales. Fast forward 15 years and Nancy has a successful track record of real estate sales and understands the importance of today’s technology for internet responses and lead management. Nancy is one of the most active agents in San Luis Obispo County and is passionate about what she does. Nancy’s enjoyment of the real estate field led her to obtain her CA State Broker’s License and the additional education and knowledge that entailed.

Nancy believes in setting her client’s expectations so they are confident and successful when buying or selling real estate. Nancy enjoys her clients and is rewarded by each relationship and each successful transaction. She is energetic and determined and brings her strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational skills and commitment have won her awards from her broker and peers. But the one award she seeks most is a satisfied client and working by referral!
