Nancy was quite savvy about the real estate market, and thus what price our house would command - not setting the price too high or too low. She was extremely diligent in making sure all house repairs were addressed (she has a very cost-efficient team), all buyer's questions and actions were handled with care, and all parties were pleased with the outcome/sale. The wife and I had been working towards purchasing a house for over a year. We tried Rocket Mortgage and 1st Bank, but with the housing market the way it is we were left with a dead-end. We were referred to Nancy by a business neighbor and she went to work right away to help us find a place. We set our goals and what we were looking for. Nancy took that information and started looking up places to check out.
We found a few places we liked and Nancy was understanding with our crazy work schedules. She met us at a each place we were interested in at times that worked for us. We went over options for each house and she submitted paperwork right away. After a month of looking (real-estate market), we finally found our home! Nancy worked with us and the lender to go over concerns with the home and was by our side with getting maintenance issues addressed with the inspection.
Nancy is friendly, personable, professional and goes the extra mile for her clients! Nancy is an awesome choice for an agent and we will recommend her to anyone that's serious about finding a home! We will be contacting her again for any real-estate needs! You can't go wrong with Nancy!

We recently just purchased a house and had the best experience with Nancy. She was always available + responsive whenever we needed her. She would work late (even on the weekends) to make sure our offers were sent in ASAP and would also take additional time to explain everything to us. She constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was on track. She went the extra mile to make sure we were getting the home of our dreams. She gave us her honest input on every house without being “pushy” or irritated with us for looking at so many houses. I highly recommend her! She is also just an amazing individual to get to know and it was fun being able to hangout with her!

Nancy was so wonderful through the build of our new home. She handled any issues with the builder that we encountered along the way. Nancy has a priceless knowledge base in many areas and it came in handy with this transaction. She was with us every step of the way and we felt like she treated it like it was her own build.
