My husband and I worked with Nancy to find a property to rent in the Alexandria area. Nancy was an enthusiastic resourceful agent and dedicated to making sure that the entire process went smoothly for us. We were split between buying or renting for another year. Nancy approached our situation by exploring all opportunities fully and never pressured us to act either way. We plan to continue working with Nancy as we continue searching for the right property to buy. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or rent.

My longstanding boyfriend and I had a very limited time frame to find a rental property in the DC area. Not having visted the area in depth before, I had done most of my search online using home search engines and made appointments for my other half who was only in town for a week. We had exhausted our search and thought he would be coming back to Florida empty-handed when Nancy told us not to panic. Nancy took our considerations into account (location, 2 cats, nice neighborhood, close to public transportation and walkable to area stores, modern, space, privacy, outdoor space, laundry in unit... we set the bar high!) and generated a new list of homes, a few of which I had not seen on listings before (and after weeks of searching, I had seem them all many times over!) She was able to get us the first showing for a home that had only been on the market for one day, and it turned out to be the one! Nancy took care of every detail - she fought for us every step of the way and we never doubted that she was on our side through the entire process. It can be very stressful when you are under time constraints but she can handle a lot of pressure with grace and we look forward to keeping in touch if we look to buy one day. -Joseph and Erica
