Nancy Horowitz

Prior to joining Mosaic, She helped people find jobs. As a recruiter, she built lasting relationships by listening, observing, informing, preparing, coaching, and negotiating. She supported both the employer and the interviewee by assisting them in reaching their short- and long-term goals. Over the years, She worked with repeat candidates — many of whom even became clients as their careers advanced. She thoroughly enjoyed developing these connections and seeing them grow. Combining those 15+ years of experience recruiting with her love for Asheville enables her to bring a unique skill set in supporting you with your plan for what you want amid these beautiful mountains of North Carolina. Originally a Jersey girl from Summit, she attended Penn State University for her BA in Psychology. With all her family and friends living in the Northeast, he was deeply rooted there. However, in 2007 she decided to leave Brooklyn and make Asheville her home. She has chosen to raise her children here, where they attend Asheville City Schools. After living in both Montford and East Asheville, they have found themselves peacefully settled in West Asheville. The quality of life, the eclectic community with all its little pockets, and access to the best yoga around puts a smile on my face every day.
