About Nancy
A successful residential real estate professional for over 60 years, Nancy Hubble is a pillar in the real estate community with unparalleled experience and a reputation for professionalism, diligence, and integrity. Nancy attended Baltimore Catholic schools, received her real estate license in 1957, and joined her husband in his family business, L.L. Hubble & Co. where she ran the day-to-day operations of the company and began to shift into residential sales. She went on to own and operate her own phenomenally successful brokerage business, The Hubble Company, which is now known as the Hubble Bisbee Real Estate Group, specializing in Baltimore’s fine homes and estate properties.
Constantly active in the Baltimore-area community through business as well as civic and philanthropic engagement, Nancy has donated her time and energy in endeavors. Nancy Hubble is a Member and Past President of Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (GBBR), Past Director of Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Women’s Real Estate Council. She was inducted into MAR and NAR Political Action Hall of Fame and was also awarded the National Association of Realtors Omega Tau Rho award in 1995. Having been a realtor for over 58 years, Nancy was named Realtor Emeritus in May 2014. She has been politically active throughout her adult life: working on campaigns and testifying at local and state hearings for issues important to the Realtor community as well as acting as an adviser on real estate issues for current Maryland congressional representatives.
Joining the effort to combat the issue of Baltimore’s vacant housing, Nancy served on a Blue-Ribbon Panel for Baltimore City. For five years, Nancy served on the Board of the Enterprise Foundation (now Enterprise Community Partners), dedicated to neighborhood development. She has also continuously served on the Board of Directors of The Meadows Homeowners Association as Vice-President and President for over 20 years. In addition, she has served as community liaison with the Johns Hopkins Medical Group, the Valleys Planning Council and Developers on zoning and development issues affecting the Falls Road Corridor of Baltimore County.
Nancy has volunteered her time with charitable causes over the years. She has served as a Vestry Member, and is presently a lay minister, reader and intercessor at her church, the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer. Having a deep appreciation for the importance of education, Nancy is devoted advocate of Stevenson University, currently serving on the Board of Trustees at the University.
