We found Nancy and Kevin during a trip to Boca Grande FL and were immediately impressed by their knowledge of the area. We looked at some properties during that trip and then stayed in touch for the next several months up to the phone call where we purchased our new condo in Boca! We used Nancy for our first Condo purchase in Florida. I have been receiving listings that have gone live in the community we were interested in for a couple years. There was a great unit that she emailed me about and then called me. We bought it without seeing it as we were familiar with the community. Nancy facilitated this for us during a crazy real estate market and we felt very fortunate to purchase this property. She sent photos, videos and answered endless questions that we asked. We have never owned in this area or Florida at all but she had great resources for us to contact and answered every text and email very quickly and efficiently. She was professional and knowledgeable and so easy to work with. My husband is a realtor in Minneapolis and works with high end clients so we expect a lot from a realtor. Nancy and Kevin are 2 people that I would highly recommend to anyone (we already have) and would work with if we ever make another change. They know the area and are not pushy and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them in any way. They did our final walk through for us and communicated all of questions to the others involved and our transaction was handled beautifully. We can't say enough positive about them!

Whatever It Takes Attitude Linda and I decided to retire to Florida and wanted to move where our daughter and her husband had recently moved. We were very fortunate to have Nancy Hyde recommended to us as our realtor. Nancy worked tirelessly searching for a place for us to live close to our daughter prior to our trip to Florida to look at homes. We met Nancy and her husband Kevin, finally, and began looking at many homes. Nancy knew we wanted to live close to our daughter and we were not able to find anything close that was in our price range that we liked. As we were driving back to Indiana sad that we did not find a home, Nancy called and said she found the perfect home and it was in our daughter's sub division. They called my daughter and we did a face time tour of the home as we drove. It was perfect and we could walk to our daughter's and we made an offer and it was accepted immediately.
