As a realtor®, client's success and satisfaction are Nancy's top priority as she helps them navigate and maximize their opportunities in real estate. In the high-stakes, fast-paced Bay Area market, she maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and skilled negotiation. Using her years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, she provides her clients with the guidance, insight, and the personal touch they need to make the best decisions in the home buying and selling process.
Before becoming a realtor®, Nancy received her bachelor’s degree in Business from Golden Gate University, leading to an extensive background in finance management. It was in this role, working for a non-profit in San Francisco, that she also realized her passion for helping others. She stays up to date on Bay Area trends and cutting-edge industry tools.
An outstanding team of professionals surrounds Nancy: expert lenders, creative marketing designers, professional photographers, artistic home stagers, meticulous transaction coordinators, and experienced escrow and title officers are among her hand-picked, proven team.
Nancy grew up in Walnut Creek and watched it go from a sleepy town to a vibrant city. She feels truly grateful to be a part of this thriving community. Together with her family, she enjoys the beautiful Bay Area outdoors, walking/hiking with her Catahoula Hound dog, going to live music. Habitat for Humanity and Tony La Russa’s Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) are near to her heart.
