Trained as an architect and project manager, Nancy has over 25 years of experience in property investment and management, and specializes in helping clients understand the local market, assess value, and envision exciting possibilities. Nancy is also an abstract painter with a studio in the artist community of Somerville. She is a member of the Cambridge Art Association and has participated yearly in Somerville Open Studios and other local exhibits, selling her paintings and garnering positive feedback for her brightly colored and highly layered works.
A Cambridge homeowner, Nancy owns three investment properties in Porter Square. She lives with her husband and their two children who are enrolled in the Cambridge public school system, and their much-adored Australian Labradoodle. Nancy and her family have enjoyed extensive travel abroad visiting friends and relatives in India, Switzerland, Italy, England and Sweden. A Baltimore native, she has a Master's in Architecture from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Maryland. Nancy also enjoys local retreats, including running around the Cambridge Reservoir and developing her new skills at indoor rock climbing. She is a member of Temple Israel in Boston, and enthusiastic Farmers-to-You community partner supporter.
