Nancy Hayford Kueny has been listing, selling, and leasing real estate for 25 years. In 2013, Nancy marketed Warren Green, a 17-unit condominium project in Charlestown's Gaslight District. She is a strong negotiator and a straightforward and reassuring communicator. Nancy is pleased to have many repeat clients who also refer friends and relatives. Prior to Gibson Sotheby's International Realty, Nancy was a sales associate at Boston Waterfront Realty and Coldwell Banker as well as a Vice President at ReMax Waterfront Ltd. Nancy has been a long-time resident of Charlestown where she lives with her husband in an 1806 Federal home on Winthrop Square that they have totally restored. She has been a longtime supporter of preservation in Charlestown and has been both a past president of the Charlestown Preservation Society and a two-term board member. She is currently on the Board of Trustees of The Friends of City Square Park. When not working, Nancy enjoys travel, swimming, boating, and writing.
