We have known Nancy now for about 3 years. We have sold a house with her and bought a house with her. Both of the transactions were difficult, at no fault of her's or the realator, it all came from the buyer and seller which were very trying. Nancy sailed through like a pro, she always made us feel that we were her ONLY clients which I know wasn't correct but that's the way she made us fee. There were times we wanted to walk away from the new sell and she not only explained both options to us but helped us calm down to make a proper decesion. No matter what time of day or night she was always there to support us, even after the sell she stayed in touch. I would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to anyone of our friends needing a realator. She is a honest, trustworthy, caring realator and now friend. She's one of a kind in a could be cut throat business, you won't find any of that with Nancy. She's wonderful to work with and I know we will call her again if the reason occurs.
