Nancy Manula

Nancy has a strong interest in real estate that was sparked when her parents built their family home in Chinook. She gained her Oregon real estate license while working for a home builder in Corvallis before moving to the Seattle area to join a consulting company. However, in 2016 she returned home to the peninsula to start her real estate career at Lighthouse Realty.

When not in the Long Beach office, she enjoys participating in all peninsula’s outdoor activities, traveling, and supporting a variety of organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Friends of Chinook School, and Long Beach Elementary. With her deep understanding of the changing real estate market, attention to detail, consultative skills, and love of the beach life, Nancy is an ideal guide for anyone buying or selling a home.
