Nancy Minor

The Nancy Minor Team is made up of family and friends. Nancy, a former teacher, has been the real estate leader in her market for the over 20 years. While developing a successful real estate business Nancy saw that having her husband, Sid join the team would be a great addition. Sid's technology and sales background made him the perfect partner. As the business grew Nancy brought an office manager, Becky Paterni, who has been instrumental in the success of the team. Next to join was Ron Minor, Nancy's brother-in-law. With Ron's building background he added a new dimension to the team. Nancy's daughter in-law, Rhea Minor, is the Director of Communications and Finance. Nancy has four successful sales associates: Carrie Bodin, Debbie Timm, Saundra Wike, Nicki Miller, Kari Green and Helen Minor, Nancy's sister in law.
Nancy is very grateful for the privilege to help over 3000 families experience the American Dream of home ownership. She is committed to giving back to the community where she lives and works. She sponsors numerous community events and many sports teams can count on her support. The Nancy Minor Team has an annual drive to gather food, coats and toys for the Local Cooperative Ministry. Nancy also has a moving truck for clients and for community groups to use at no cost. Nancy recently served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Robert Fowler YMCA.
