Nancy Neal

While she grew up in San Diego, Nancy Neal has worked in the real estate profession in the western states of California, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, and Washington before settling in Sonoma County, California and the town of Windsor. Her specialty has been farm and ranch properties; she has participated in the sale of over 10,000 acres of private and state lease lands in Wyoming, for example.

Nancy has also handled residential transactions, luxury homes, building sites, and income properties. Many of those transactions were made using 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Her special affinity for land transactions stems from her love of Border Collies, which she raised along with sheep for many years. As she likes to say, “If you want to talk real estate or dogs, I’m the person for you.”

Prior to joining Engel & Voelkers, Nancy worked in California at RE/MAX and TouchStone Properties, Zip Realty in Washington State and her own brokerage in Sheridan, Wyoming. She views Engel & Voelkers marketing reach and client orientation as the best in the business.
