This was my first time purchasing a home and Nancy was extremely helpful and informative every step of the way to make process as smooth as possible. She was very nice, professional, and communicative. She answered quickly all concerns I had throughout the process and went above and beyond. Finding a home sometimes can be stressful but she made it more pleasant. Needless to say, I’m delighted with my new home and highly recommend Nancy.

When we first met Nancy she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of real estate and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Nancy would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of house, Nancy also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. Nancy really professional.

Nancy has made my selling process so incredible. She sold my house in 12 hours! I know that is very unique but everything about my experience was so easy and stress free.
