Nancy Pace

Having grown up and raised my family in the Elizabethtown area with my husband, Mark, I have a deep love for this community and its people. After graduating from Elizabethtown High School and earning a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University, I taught in the Hardin County school system before choosing to stay home and homeschool our seven children.

As a small business owner for over 16 years, I understand the value of hard work, dedication, and service. When the last of our children graduated, I followed my passion for helping others by beginning my real estate career in 2020. Today, I enjoy guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions—finding a home where they can thrive.

Hardin and the surrounding counties are full of opportunity, history, and natural beauty. The proximity to Ft. Knox makes this area an ideal home for both active-duty service members and Veterans, and I count it an honor to serve those who have served our country. I also love walking alongside first-time buyers as they prepare for and achieve their dream of homeownership.

With my SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation, I help older adults navigate the unique decisions that come with later-life moves. And as an ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), I specialize in representing buyers and ensuring their needs are at the heart of every transaction.
